She has gained extensive experience on corporate law and corporate governance since the beginning of her career. Her work includes but not limited to the following:

• Drafting decisions of and organising General Assemblies and Board of Directors (as well as internal directives)

• Drafting merger/demerger documents and registration of the same

• Drafting SHA, SPA Contracts; carrying out due diligence processes; drafting Closing Protocols and reflecting share exchange to the share ledger
