Acting as a registered trademark attorney, she proceeds with filing trademark/industrial design applications both in Turkey and member countries to Madrid Agreement and the Madrid Protocol; manage oppositions via local colleagues

She proceeds with voluntary registration of copyrights before Ministry of Culture and Tourism (Turkey)

In connection with the above, she is dedicated to resolve disputes arising from trademark and copyright infringements. She further litigates matters involving trade secret and unfair competition claims, false advertising and Intellectual Property transfers.
